For two years I've been trying to get my home owner's association to fix my driveway. Today I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore. I'm going to take matters into my own hands. For $50 I am going to rent a 60lb electric jackhammer to break up the cement slab that I keep driving over. I will probably be sued for doing this, but I'm fed up. I'm going to "repair and deduct".
Okay, I've cooled down. I've decided to send the HOA a letter detailing my plans to break up the driveway. I'll give them a one week notice before I do this.
